HKL series (HKL300R, HKL400R, HKL500R, HKL600R) are specialized crawler-mounted solar pile drivers engineered for efficient and stable foundation installation in photovoltaic power plants. Combining powerful and reliable diesel engines (Yuchai/Cummins) with an advanced, durable hydraulic system, these machines deliver consistent impact force (1800J) for driving piles. Their robust frame design, adjustable mast lengths (up to 6m), and excellent stability ensure high productivity and precision across various terrains and project scales.

HKL Series Crawler Solar Pile Drivers
The HKL series solar pile drivers are purpose-built to meet the rigorous demands of modern photovoltaic (solar) farm construction. These self-propelled, crawler-mounted machines integrate powerful performance with robust construction to ensure reliable foundation drilling and pile driving in diverse ground conditions.
At the heart of each model is a high-performance diesel engine, available from leading brands Yuchai or Cummins. This powertrain delivers a rated power of 85 kW and a maximum torque of 375 N·m at 1850 rpm, providing the robust and reliable power source necessary for demanding (construction work) while ensuring improved reliability and fuel economy .
The machines feature an advanced hydraulic system that is fundamental to their efficiency and durability. High-quality hydraulic components and strict assembly processes ensure system efficiency and longevity . The system operates at a working pressure of 19 Mpa with a maximum flow of 230 L/min, powered by a 230L hydraulic tank.
All models are equipped with a Model 100 hydraulic hammer delivering a powerful impact force of 1800 Joules at a maximum frequency of 800 Bpm. The mast (slide) (stroke) varies by model—from 3100mm on the HKL300R to 6100mm on the HKL600R—accommodating maximum pile lengths from 3 to 6 meters respectively . The mast can also swing ±15° for precise positioning.
The overall frame structure boasts high strength and excellent stability, fully compliant with national material standards and industrial aesthetics . The operator benefits from a more spacious working environment. Rigorous manufacturing processes, including heat treatment of wear parts and stress-relieving (welding) of the frame, minimize deformation and ensure long-term structural integrity .
With a ground pressure optimized for crawler tracks and a 25° gradeability, the HKL series can navigate and operate effectively on the uneven terrain typical of solar farm sites.
